Product Description: We found inspiration for the design of the Laury Drop Leaf Table below a colorful contemporary painting in a friend's home. Of artistic value all its own, the Laury converts from its role as a place to display family photos to a dining table when the whole family gathers.
Made with local and sustainably harvested solid Appalachian hardwood. Kiln dried lumber is hand selected for grain and color characteristics. Built-to-order by a craftsperson who signs and dates the piece. Board-by-board finish process highlights the beauty of the wood. Catalyzed lacquer top coat forms a clear, efficient, highly-protective barrier with a close-to-the-wood feel.
Features:
  • Handmade in choice of Ash, Cherry, Maple, Walnut & Paint
  • Select from 64 wood and finish combinations
  • Traditional drop leaf table joinery snugs the leaves to the center section. 
  • Wood grain direction across the length of the table (44”L dimension.)
  • In the down position, gate legs tuck away to allow the leaves to hang at a an angle that is slightly canted toward the table base.
